Since 1989, the Helix Medical–Gloucester Operations has excelled in the molding of silicone and thermoplastic products for the medical device, health care, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. “Through our patented cold-runner tooling technology, we have been able to meet the most difficult design challenges,” comments Ed Callahan, General Manager.

Helix Medical operates in a new Class 100,000 cleanroom with state-of-the-art molding and packaging equipment. Each new program is assigned a dedicated program manager, who can assist with both material selection and part design. Complete comprehensive solutions, from rapid prototyping to value added assembly and automated packaging, including liquid silicone molding/design capabilities, are offered.
